I am joining the party late, but joining it none the less. I will swing by Jimmy's this week to enter this event.

Well, many names have been reserved in the schedule. Don't wait until too late. Remember, you can always try again later if you're not happy with your score. I'm doing just that hoping to be able to use my left hand gently by the final night of the prelims.

Tomorrow is wide open. Are any of the young players out there interested in a free entry as Mike Garnett has so generously offered?
Thanks,
Mike Fieldhammer

This is such a great idea. Anybody who is serious about pool should jump on this. $20? A steal.

Thanks for the updates on here Mike. I'm curious to watch this play out. I couldn't believe it when I saw Roger's name on that list. I haven't seen that dude in 20 years or more. :o

Frasomatic and Josh Coyle tonight! This should be a couple of good ones. See you there.

Jimmy vs. Frasomatic. Update: Fraser loses the first game in 45 minutes 8-4. Jimmy makes a ball on his break and running a few.

I had a really good time. Jimmy played very well and I made too many errors at the wrong time. I am going to practice a little and try it again. For those who are on the fence about playing, do it.

Rematch August 3rd, Jimmy you better be ready!

If my math is correct, there are only 18 openings for challengers. This coming Friday the 13th is wide open. Maybe it'll be bad luck for Jimmy!

His play last Friday was simply stunning. All three challengers played well and were beaten soundly. I think the first game with Frasomatic was probably the best single game I've seen in the first 16 matches.

This week is booked. Tonight a couple of sharp shooting geeks that are members of the Minneapolis Billiard Club are taking their shot at Jimmy. Jared Wilson and David Wiebelhaus try their hand on the O.G. Diamond in town.

This Friday night, there's probably the best double header of the season: Tony Hilla and Dan Voeller. Both have some serious 1-Pocket experience and have the cahones to leave Shooter's to try Jimmy on his home turf!
