Las Vegas flight suggestions

Postby Mike Fieldhammer on Mon Mar 01, 2010 1:34 pm

I've been trying to keep an eye out for good prices on MSP-LAS for teammates and friends for May 14-May 23. It seems like they're all running $320-$360.

Does anyone have any suggestions or could someone alert us here if fares take a sudden dip please?

Thanks,
Mike

I am tracking flights for VNEA for the week of May 29th - June 6th. While I am looking, if I see a price decline I will let you know. But I have seen the same price that you have at this time.

pool55128,

I was looking for your dates also. It appeared you can't check in to the Riviera on 5/29/10. But if you check in on 5/30/10 and check out on 6/6/10, expedia.com has the whole trip for $390.00. The hotel appears to almost be free when added onto the solo flight. I'm sure there are some additional minor fees but it looked like the Riv alone was $79.00/night and then $94/night on Friday.Check it out.

I don't have a good suggestion, just interesting news about airfares.

If you used your dates and flew out of Marquette, MI, layover in Minneapolis and then on to Vegas the total cost is $323.40. If you then tried just Minneapolis to Vegas its $319.40. This is on Delta's website.

Just tried kayak.com and $320 looks to be about the going rate.
