Don and Mary, publishers of the highly successful billiard magazine &#8220;The Break&#8221;, are launching a new magazine in January.  &#8220;Rack&#8217;em&#8221; will be very similar to &#8220;The Break&#8221; but targeted at the Minnesota\/Midwest region of the country.  I&#8217;ll be a regular columnist in this new publication.
