The unit manufactures coin-operated billiards, pool tables and air-hockey tables.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We had earlier identified Valley-Dynamo as a non-core asset, which we intended to sell,&#8221; said Daniel Kubera, Brunswick spokesperson, in an email.<\/p>\n<p>Brunswick acquired Valley-Dynamo for US$34.5m in 2003. Two years ago, it moved the company&#8217;s manufacturing operations from Dallas, Texas to Reynosa, Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>Kubera said the assets were acquired by a limited partnership controlled by Kelye Stites, owner of Champion Shuffleboard Ltd and other businesses in the Dallas\/Fort Worth area.
